Description:
Maintain grounds, interior and exterior of buildings for a 70 unit retirement community property in a professional manner while dealing with residents and staff. Assist in the supervision of lawn care and perform lawn care. Maintain inventory and advise of needed replacements. Assist in preparation of maintenance related records. Keep work areas clean, orderly, safe. Pick up litter from grounds and common areas. Review and recommend changes in suppliers, contractors, equipment and materials.

Requirements of Job:
Be able to perform calculations of whole numbers and fractions, working knowledge of general maintenance skills including HVAC, electricity, plumbing , carpentry, painting, glass repair, vinyl repair, and appliance repair. Attention to detail and work well with others. Ability to solve problems, and work within financial guidelines. Must have own tools and be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Will be required to have a pager for after hour emergency calls. Prefer two years related experience.
Pay Range:
$10.00 To $11.00
