Here is a little information about some of the new or updated software now available:

*ResumeMaker: this program allows job seekers to enter employment and education information and assists in the formatting of a resume. This is the most popular program in WorkNet. Job Seekers are able to quickly insert their information and have a professional-looking resume to hand to employers. This program also has cover letter and interviewing guidance that many of our job seekers have found quite helpful.

*Mavis Beacon: this program allows WorkNet customers to practice their typing skills and test their speed. Mavis Beacon is great for customers who want to increase their typing abilities to advance their career options.

*Professor Teaches Office 2003: this is a tutorial program that allows customers to learn about various Office applications at their own pace. The lessons include Access, Excel, FrontPage, Integrating Office Applications, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Windows 2000, Windows XP home, Windows XP professional, and Word. This is a great program for beginners or those who simply want to increase their knowledge in any one of the mentioned programs.
