Success Coaches are the first point of contact for Community Services customers.
Coaching and mentoring is provided for the customer based on that individual's goals and
immediate needs.
Success Coaches assess a family's strengths and supports. Assessments also
address an individual's needs. These needs could include, but are not limited
to shelter, employment, job training, emergency assistance, counseling,
financial, medical, transportation, childcare and basic life skills.
Success Coaches assist customers with job leads, job search techniques, and
provide community resources for educational opportunities. They also link
families with supportive community resources.
