Through job readiness, training and a network of support, Workforce Development bridges the gap between job seekers and employers. Partnering with businesses, community leaders and educators allows Workforce Development to lead the way in promoting Fairfield County as the place to live and work.
WorkNet in Fairfield County’s One-Stop system, is a partnership of local agencies and organizations that deliver a comprehensive system of high quality, customer-friendly services designed to meet your education, training, employment or supportive services needs. WorkNet offers services for employers and job-seekers.
